About Charisseiam

Unlike my 4 siblings, I wasn't born with a paintbrush or musical instrument in my hand. (Although I am looking to pick up playing the piano again.) My journey into creative entrepreneurship was less like a grand entrance and more like a series of trial and error, fighting the urge to abandon the conventional career path. It started with my fascination for the arts. I saw stories everywhere, not just in grand novels and blockbuster films, but in the stillness of a 5am drive to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade or a walk in the hustle and bustle of an HBCU's student union.

I've always wanted more and was never satisfied with whatever was presented. I always felt the need to push, amplify, or just simply do. This is what propelled me through diverse landscapes of creativity. From event planning, where I learned to craft unique experiences, Web and Branding design where I was able to pull the essence of a story into a visual symphony, and then creative direction, where I became the navigator, in guiding brands to fully become their most authentic selves;

I saw countless brands struggling to find their voice, their stories untold, their visions limited.  After years of the trial and error, that's where I saw my purpose.

Today, I'm at the intersection of stories and strategy, ready to collaborate with brands on crafting unique experiences that narrate and resonate. My toolbox includes brand strategy, creative direction, and a dash of artistic rebellion.
